+ -1 moreHe ended up putting a dab of tar on a place on the roof where a nail gun had nailed in the wrong place. Then he told me I would have to have my roof-line redesigned because mine was a bad design. Said there was nothing he could do about the other leak, because he could barely get one hand in the ridge. I thought he was coming out to give me a bid on the repair. Then he ends up charging me $45 for the dab of tar.
Description of Work: Came out to check a leak on my roof.

Description of Work: Anderson Roofing did our original roof 18 years ago. We had a leak around one of the vents and called Anderson. He came the next day, fixed the problem and examined the rest of the room. Advised us that we would be needing a new room in another year or two but it was fine right now. He was a gentlemen, very pleasant and we are happy he is still doing business in the area. We will definitely call him when a new roof is necessary.

+ -1 moreJohn, the owner was prompt in his reply for a quote. After getting bids from 3 companies, I chose Anderson Roofing. He was very professional throughout the process and made follow up calls several times during the work as the weather declined after the job was started, and the roofers had to delay the finish of the roof. Any questions or concern I had were addressed promptly. I would recommend this company highly.
Description of Work: New roof was installed because of hail damage.
