+ -1 moreAwesome experience! I'd use Marion again and I'd recommend him to my friends. He listened to my requirements, he offered his opinion, he didn't over sell me. He seemed to know exactly what I needed and was able to provide me an excellent product. Marion also offered other ideas for the trouble areas in our home. He has great ideas. I had several other quotes but no other representative was as honest or concerned as Marion about the product that I was buying. I made several calls to Marion with questions. He was always available, he always returned a call to me in a timely manner. Marion has many pluses: integrity, honesty, knowledge of his product. On the day of installation, Marion called to let me know he was running a few minutes late - he arrived exactly when he said he would. Installation was methodical and speedy! You won't regret using Marion, at American Blind Connection.
Description of Work: I highly recommend this company. Marion was my point of contact. HE IS JUST AWESOME. Marion arrived to provide a free estimate for blinds for my entire home. He offered me several options as well as provided his opinion for troublesome areas. I explained that I was merely obtaining many estimates at this point and was not ready to commit. Marion was ok with that process. I made several calls to Marion during my decision process. He answered my calls in a professional manner, never was bothered at my numerous calls. He was patient to a fault. He was extremely honest and forthright. He provided me the best product for the price. I am extremely happy with his work, the product he used, and his overall professionalism but above all, his honesty. Marion could have made a bigger sale from me but he chose to provide excellent customer service instead, eliminating 8 other windows from my order. He is punctual, he calls when he needs to make other arrangements.... he has excellent customer service skills.
