I'm retired and money is very tight. I bought a condo that required new HVAC. I looked on Craig's List trying to find some company or individual that could maybe save me money over the big companies. I considered that risky but necessary in and in this instance I struck gold. Sean came out and gave me an estimate. That turned out to be about 15 pct lower than others. His office manager Kristin is a gem and she answered many questions I had. Sean and his partner showed up at 930 and worked hard continually for the next 8 hours removing old unit from under the house and installing a new one. He then spent time balancing the unit and instructing me on its best operation. This was a difficult job because existing unit was old and in a crawl space under the house. I don't give out kudos easily but these guys were the best. It is risky taking a small company off a Craig's list ad but did it ever pay off for me. I don't believe it possible for me to have done better. Honest, hard working, and fair. I can't recommend them enough, I know how could they be that good? Well I agree it is a rarity but at least in this instance they were.

Sean and his father and crew arrived on time and went out of their way to insure we had heat during one of the coldest spells we can remember. They were professional and cleaned up completely after the job was done. While they were working on our HVAC our water heater developed a leak and they replaced that for us also. As a result of their hard work our new system is working great! I would highly recommend them and they will be my go-to company in the future!
