I contacted Brad in February and he promptly came out and gave an estimate. I told him I needed to get a permit and he said to call him when I got it. I called him back within the week and told him I had permit and he said he would come in two weeks. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing. I tried for a week and left numerous messages and he finally responded a week later. He told me he would be here that Wednesday. He told me to call Utilities and have everything marked so I did that. He Never showed and never responded to messages I left. I finally reached him on Wednesday May 2 and he told me he would be here at 7:45 on Friday morning. At 9:30 am on Friday he still had not shown so I sent him a text. He sent me a picture of his truck at another location and said he would be here ASAP. Waited all day he never showed or contacted me.

During Hurricane Matthew, we had a tree fall into our neighbor's backyard. There was a huge rootball left on our property. After getting a couple of quotes and "no shows", we got a recommendation from MasterCare to call Brad at "All American Climbers". Brad came out one day, gave us an estimate & said he'd get it done by the end of the week. True to his word, he came with his crew and a Bobcat to remove the rootball. However, due to the size and position of the rootball, the Bobcat didn't do the job. Brad told us he needed a stump grinder and would be back. The next workday, Brad and crew were back with a stump grinder and the BobCat. That stump grinder didn't do the trick either, so he went and got an even larger stump grinder! With much maneuvering and teamwork, he and his crew got the job done! Thanks Brad for your persistence, determination and being a man of your word! Dennis and Betty Roakes
Description of Work: Needed a large rootball removed after Hurricane Matthew. Had several quotes, but companies were "no shows".

I had contacted this company about removal of a few trees in my yard after the recent hurricane. I was looking for an estimate to do the work. It was not an emergency but needed to be taken care of. I received a reply phone call and Mr. Brown set up an appointment for noon on 2 Nov. At 1225 on 2 Nov, I called his phone number because he did not show and asked him what was up? He immediately started complaining about all the work that he had and how he was not able to get to all of it and how he was only one man and did not trust others to do the work.... and then he accused me of being negative in my response to him.... which I was not. It ended up that he basically told me to go somewhere else for the work. I know that these tree services are very busy because of this disaster but this type of treatment is uncalled for.
Description of Work: Non Show for an appointment... and was rude over the phone.

Great service and great price!! Brad Brown and his crew were extremely professional, competent, and efficient. They worked like a "well oiled" unit. Did a thorough clean up of the job site and surrounding neighbors lawns that were affected. I would definitely use them again.

Very satisfied with the hard work.
Description of Work: He took out a large tree. He worked with his son very hard. His son drove us to the nursery in Pawleys Island, SC and helped us decide on a replacement tree.

Description of Work: They did not come when they said they would. They did not call and did not return my calls for several weeks. When they finally came they did some work and then would disappear for over a week at a time then show up again. I suspected when the owner asked for partial payment that he would never show up again and when I said as much he assured me he would never do that but he did. They only did half the work and then left my yard in a total mess with some stumps 3 feet high and 4 trees still uncut. This company had done work for me in the past and did a good job but this time was a total disaster.

Overall, everything went extremely well. They are VERY good at what they do. The tall trees were within 6' of my two-story home. The back yard is enclosed with an expensive vinyl fence. They dropped both trees inside the fence - no damage/no mess. Removed all the debris and even stacked the logs on my rear patio so I could put them in my truck to deliver to my son-in-law who burns wood in his home. Very pleased.

I liked them a lot. They did good work and I was happy with them. There was nothing that I didn't like and I was very pleased. I did contact them about a year ago and I needed more trees cut down but I wasn't ready to commit at the time. I liked that they had a good price.
