When I let them know I was concerned someone had a key who posed a threat, they were out in three hours to change out the locks. Very competent, experienced man who got it done quickly. When i find someone from Angies List, I tell them- I find that I get wonderful results, perhaps because they know I'm paying attention?

Unfortunately for the locksmith, when he arrived right on time, it seemed like everything possible happened at once to interrupt my communication of the problem. The phone rang with a very important call that I had to take, the dogs suddenly went berserk, a neighbor dropped in to see what all the commotion was about, and so on. I finally just pointed to the doors with deadbolts while still talking on the phone. He went on and finished the job with almost no input from me. He was courteous throughout all the chaos. I will definitely call this company again when I need this kind of service.

This is the second time I've used All About Locks this year. Don and Kim have to be the most accommodating business owners I've dealt with. I'm out of state, so have to rely on their professionalism, honesty and expert skills to get the job done right. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing locksmith services and will use them again when the need arises. Thanks again for another job well done.

We recently purchased the condominium and were unable to obtain keys to our storage unit. All About Locks, Inc. was recommended by the Maintenance Supervisor in the building. We contacted them and they agreed to provide service the next day. They were prompt and provided us with 3 keys to the storage unit. Their representative was very professional. We would recommend their services to anyone needing a locksmith and would use them again if we needed a locksmith.

We recently bought a condo down here and we didn't know what kind of keys was outstanding so they came and redid the locks for us. Dan was the person who did the job. The price was great because there were a few things that became a little complicated and he handled it in a very professional way and probably took a little more time than he anticipated but he was very professional and took care of the job. The reason why I called this company is because of Angie's list because of the reviews that they had to see.

I was in ny the condo in sc. I got a call from a neighbor that tenant moved out...never told me they were going. Needed locks changed asap. used this company before. very pleased with them. Called and arranged for them to meet with my friend to redo all locks. Job done immediately. Bill paid with credit card over phone. This company is so accommodating, understanding and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

The front door lock on my condo seemed stiff and the deadbolt would not go into its slot on the strike plate. The locksmith came right on time on the appointed day. He rapidly diagnosed the problems with my front door and lock and soon put them to rights. He was very nice, professional and competent.

They were very thorough in explaining our options. I knew nothing about locks and they made it very simple. He arrived on time and even fixed part of our door, and didn't charge us extra! They were great!!

Don Mertens (the owner/locksmith called to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed time. He was personable, professional and went beyond the required service. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others.

They were very responsive to my call. We live 4 hours away and were going to be in town for only 1 week. I had given them a very short response time from my initial call and they were able to make the date I asked for. Time spent on the job was not even an hour and all was taken care of to our satisfaction.

I highly recommend All About Locks for locksmith services. Don was able to come to the house the day after I called him; he arrived right on time. He was able to refurbish one of my front gate locks (which took quite a bit of work) and accomplish all the work requested. He was very personable and professional. He was at our house for about 2.5 hours. I felt I recieved a great value for a reasonable price.
