Description of Work: I had a problem with my toilet, it wouldn't flush, after a complete inspection of the unit I was told that I needed to replace the unit, after the new unit was install my problem was over, it work like a charm. | |I made several calls to other Co, I made the best choice.

 + -1 morePlaced a call on Friday at 4:15 about a leak under my kitchen sink and Billy was at the door within 20 minutes of the initial phone call. Diagnosed and resolved the issue within 15-20 minutes of arriving. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable. Cleared pipe with a snake and installed a filter cap over exposed vent. I can see why they've been in business for 20+ years. A+ Overall and would recommend to anyone.

plumbing, water heater repair
 + 0 moreThe hot water heater was leaking and had to be replaced. Called at 5pm because I couldn't shut off the valve. He came out immediately got it shut off and came back the next day to replace it. His son was having surgery so he couldn't make it till the afternoon but he was on time as he had said. He was polite, professional and reasonably priced. I will use and recommend Billy for now on.

 + 1 moreWe have no problem recommending him. We are moving and we will probably have him come and do some plumbing installation and so forth for us. He told us to pay him whatever we thought was fair so we paid his service charge because he was here about 45 minutes. We called him on a Friday and he called later than afternoon to see if we needed him. We thought we could snake it ourselves and when we realized we couldn't, we called him that Saturday and he was out within an hour. He was very prompt, courteous and honest. We were very happy with his demeanor. We will absolutely use him again.
Description of Work: Adams & Sons Plumbing came out and told us what the problem was. He didn't actually do any work. He said that it was a city problem. He stayed with us while the city came out and talked to them about the plumbing problem. He did not have to do that. He took the time to stay and talk to the fellow from the city. We were very pleased because the sewer is something that is kind of remote to most people.

Description of Work: Our sewer backed up. Originally, the city came and somewhat repaired problem. Happened again, they came out and claimed it was our problem. Called Adams & Son on a referred recommendation (from Angie's List). Explained problem. Wanted to discuss cost w/my husband first but Billy (Adams) checked back later in the day to check status. Said we would try to fix first. Called Billy again on sat am 3-17 and he came out within the hr. Said indeed this was the city'd problem and spoke directly to them. City came out, fixed the problem but Billy stayed the whole time. We wanted to pay him something for his time and he said "whatever" We paid the service call + 10.00 for a total of $69.00. It was money well worth spending. We'll definitely use Adams & Sons for any future plumbing problems. My husband & I were very happy with outcome.
