The give my wife and myself the most beautiful bathroom we have ever had. They were clean the entire job. Anthony told me from the beginning that the company wasn’t the cheapest in town because they provide the best quality service. Great experience we will use the again.
Description of Work: Started with a bathroom remodel but now we will use them for our kitchen

It was started on June 4, 2015 and was scheduled to be finished in 08/15 which was approximately 8 1/2 weeks to complete the job. I gave them 9,500 to get started on the project. It was supposed to be a step by step project in which I could look at different pictures to decide if that is what I want done. He never sent me pic unless it was to show me that it was no mold. He needed an extension til September. He is not bonded and he never got a permit to work on my house. The work that was done was very unacceptable. I want to warn people to stay away from this company. He stopped all work when I ask for statements
Description of Work: They were hired to remodel my 2 bathrooms, kitchen, master bedroom, living room and laundry room.

Overall, what has been installed is fine. The big sticking point is the pipes hung on my bathroom wall versus buried inside the bathroom wall so they cannot be seen and cannot be ripped off the wall by someone pullling or trying to stand on them. I questioned whether a county permit was ever requested for this job and whether it meets Horry County plumbing code. It seems to me as soon as I started questioning what had been done and resorting to documenting in writing is when the relationship between AAA Leaks and myself broke down. I really would like to have them complete the job but want the remaining things to do done in writing so there's no miscommunication of expectations on either party. So much time has elasped I feel the best thing would be to get someone to complete the job and contact Horry County consumer office for assistance. I submit this report as accurate events of what happened. I do have my letters, e-mails, and pictures of the installation. I don't want other consumers harmed by this company. I did withhold $500 to be paid at the end of this job. The total cost would have been $1,700.00. When I had a gentleman recently install kitchen cabinets for this condo, he looked at the job and thought I had been taken. He said he believed the job was overpriced since AAA Leaks biggest expensive of this job was 2'X4's and drywall.
Description of Work: I requested a small sink be installed in my kitchen of my condominimum. The "bar" sink was installed by AAA Leaks but the company never came back to finish the job. I agreed to the bar sink. AAA Leaks provided the bar sink from a previous job where they had removed it. The day it was installed I was not feeling well and was sewing curtains for the unit. I actually left early to return home to see my physician (upper respiratory infection). When I looked at the job after he did most of the install, I realize they had hung the pipes on my bathroom wall and did not bother to bury them inside the bathroom wall so they could not be seen. I never saw a building permit nor do I feel it meets Horry County, South Carolina, plumbing code. I have made several attempts by e-mail to try to get them to finish the job. I know it was a good e-mail address (aaaleaks@comcast.net) at the time having received one response from Mr. Varriale but he refuses to respond in writing to my request. In addition, the original bathroom faucet (rusted) broke during this sink installation because they tied the kitchen sink pipes to the bathroom pipes. I went to Lowe's to buy a replacement faucet and was charged $200 for labor. AAA Leaks said it was a customary charge for a faucet replacement. I did not think it was reasonable but I was at this company's mercy with that being the only source of water in the unit. I agreed to AAA Leaks replacing the bathroom faucet.
