 + 1 moreWe live in Michigan so we trusted Aaron. He told us two days before we were coming down that it was almost finished... it will be done on Saturday. When we got there on Saturday the job was not even half way done, and what was done was a absolute terrible job. My young teenagers would have done a better job, much better job! There was paint all over the new floor that was just installed. Aaron seemed to have fallen off the face of the earth at that point. We couldn't get a hold of him. He would not answer phone calls or text messages, he finally responded that there was a death in the family, and he will get back to us...2 weeks went by still no communication. He did not return any money we paid him. Although he said he would give 1/2 back..He makes one excuse after another. Terrible company....BEWARE! Pitiful!!!!

 + -1 moreAs an update to a prior review - A complaint was filed with the Myrtle Beach / Horry County BBB over business practices. The BBB made multiple attempts to contact the provider and there was no response. I file 5 charge backs for services not received. Three have been won, while two are still pending. When I arrived at the condo after their last "cleaning", I found that my higher quality linens had been substituted with inferior, cheap linens. The "clean" towels were thrown in in the close and never replaced with fresh ones. Damage that had occurred to my home, which was very evident, was never reported. As a result, I spent two weeks repairing it at a considerable price. I never received 18 towels back, nor full sets of all linens. All had to be replaced. Disgusting behavior.

Description of Work: Aaron is cleaning our vacation condo (3BR/3BA) weekly between guests. He uses online systems both to schedule cleanings and for invoicing/payment. He's extremely responsive over email and has already accommodated a couple "oddball" requests from us. | |The services he offers are comprehensive and flexible. We've only been using him for a few weeks so far, but have not received any complaints from our guests (we used to get one every four or five cleanings with our old service), but we've yet to see the place ourselves after a cleaning as we live out of town. | |The "pre-sales" experience was quite good too. After finding A2Z on Angie's List, we exchanged several emails where Aaron shared his list of services and prices - pretty comprehensive, as I've said. He also came to meet with us to look over the place and answer questions. He explained A2Z was a family business that he's now taken over from his parents, so we feel good that it's a local and family operation despite the somewhat corporate-sounding name. | |So far, we're very happy. I'll update this review if/when we learn anything new.
