We were going out of town in a week. and he couldn't put us in regular rotation to cut 3 trees and remove the stumps before we went on vacation. However, he looked at his schedule and decided a customer he had scheduled in three days could wait until he did our job. We are completely satisfied.

Exceptional customer service. Knowledgeable, fast, experienced employees. This company has all the correct tools, a major plus in this area with all the fly by night companies. They even have a licensed electrician to address any electrical lines that may interfere with the job completion! A big plus, otherwise a customer would be looking for an electrician to inspect, remove, repair all the while trying to work around 2 schedules. I was impressed. The heat index was at least 102 the day they were here. But, there was a good deal of wood chips, angle pieces of tree from the cuts, and bark pieces that I had to pick up to now the lawn. I asked about the pieces and was told the mower would grind them as they would disintegrate. Unfortunately, they didn't, and I has to rake and pick up a half of a garden utility trailer. BUT, again, it was extremely hot, they had a long day here. I am pleased with the results and their work. I am not a difficult customer and refuse to complain or give them a lower rating just because I had to pick up pieces before mowing. Besides, they even removed some debris from a hurricane, so some of the pieces may have been from the prior tree company, who only removed the large pieces and came no where near the clean up this company did. The stump grinding also went very well. GREAT job, communication, and follow up. The employees are all happy and work well together. Another plus for this area. The smiling faces and comrade type relationship between the employees, supervision, and owners is a great and a good way to get a job done. All in all, I would use again.

I live on Long Island, N.Y. and needed a tree removed from a building lot I own in Myrtle Beach, S.C. So I went on Home Adviser and requested a Tree Company there to handle the job. I did have several responses. I spoke with Ryan from Saw-Rite and decided to have them do the job. We talked on Monday and on Tuesday the Tree was gone! He sent me pictures and what a great job they did. Tree gone and cleaned up, too. What a great company to deal with. I have contacted my Real Estate agent, who gave me the name of someone else to try. That was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a call. I told him that Ryan is the go to guy for anything related tree service. I'm in my own business (55 years) and Saw-Rite Tree Service is the kind of people I like dealing with. They were quick for the Emergeny work on taking down two trees on the power line. They came back and removed three big trees (2 pines over 90 ft tall and 1 oak about 80 ft tall) they were in A space about 16 x 16. Jon the climber did a great job on bring the trees down. I would hire them again

They did a good job. I didn't shop around for other prices so I'm not sure about the value. They showed up on time and cleaned up. My only complaint is that they broke one of my sprinkler heads and I'm waiting for them to return to fix it. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

They were prompt, did an excellent job, cleaned up debris and replaced swing set, flower pots, etc., that were moved in preparation for the removal of the tree.

Sierra and his partners showed up within several days of giving us an estimate quicker than we thought he would be able to get here and had our dying tree which was a hazard to our house cut down and the stump ground within an hour or so. Extremely nice, experienced, and great at what they do. I would recommend them to everybody. Great price and great job.

They were at my house within a few hours, and had everything done quickly and professionally. I called them between noon and 1:00pm, and they had finished and cleaned up-very good!-by about 4:00 pm. You can't beat their promptness or their pricing. I have already given their info to my neighbors. I was very pleased, and Will definately use them again.
