They were reasonable. Here I am, 600 miles away and trying to communicate and trying to get this done, it's just hard. Actually, if I was there, he would have probably got 'A' straight across the board. What happened was, I'm renting the house out while I'm up here. I stopped by and I got looking and I thought, "Man, I need to get something done with all this, it's looking all bad." So I called the property management company that takes care of the property and they gave me this guy's name and said he is really good. So I called him that day. It was like the 12th and he came on out and I met him and went over everything that needed to be done. He gave me a quote, I went ahead and paid him because I had to go back the next day. He said it would be a week before he gets out there. He got out there and thanks to his workers, they forgot to do it and everything was on the list. I called him and said, "Hey, when will I get this done?" He went out there and got it all taken care of. The people living there said it looks fantastic.
Description of Work: I used them for lawn care. They also did trimming, mulching and all the other stuff.
