+ 0 moreVery unprofessional company. Yes they did show up to give an estimate for a small sunroom however after 4 calls back to them the estimate was never sent over as promised. Upon the fourth call Is as told that my job " had fallen between the cracks" because of lack of staff and being very busy. I was told at that time that the bid would be to me no later then noon the following day, however my property details were totally wrong, as she was discussing someone else's property on the phone and trying to get an idea of what I was wanting. Not sure how she thought I would get an accurate bid, but needless to say that was just to get me off the phone anyway. There wasn't even an option of having someone come out again to rebid the property. If companies are too busy to take on smaller jobs it would be nice to just be told that versus all this hassle. Very unprofessional and would not recommend for a thing!
