Description of Work: First job some time ago was problem w/refrg/freezer and had to have fan motor replaced - second job was replacing a pc of damaged chair rail and then adding another pc of chair rail where one did not originally exist - then last job was replacing a pc of wood in attic that had become rotten due to leaking rain over time (it was a broken truss (rafter)
