They came right out within two hours to unclog a septic line.

Very professional business. They realized that we were in need of immediate service, so they moved ua to the top of the list when the initial attempt at repair failed. They were able to locate a new replacement, and installed the next day. They treated us like valued customers. Very pleased.

plumber answered all questions, did preliminary work and determined what needed to be done to fix the problem. I was given a price and agreed to have the fix done. Work completed quickly and everything cleaned up. workers were very pleasant i would recommend them in the future

Installers damaged the door to the closet when they pried molding off. Now the doors will not close properly. Since I was not in town for the installation, I was at the mercy of the company. I have asked for a detailed invoice (cost of labor, cost of water heater, etc) and company said they usually do not provide it but promised to send one after all. I have not received it. Also, I asked for paperwork on water heater for warranty information and instructions such as temperature control. Company said that I would have to look it up on the internet since the manufacturers no longer provide booklets. When I got here to inspect the heater, I found the booklet was behind the heater so the information I received was wrong. I now need to find a carpenter to repair the damage to the closet doors which were new 3 months ago. Callback fron first contact was quick and scheduling was convenient. I connot comment on the pricing since I don't know how much the water heater was vs cost of labor

Quick callback, convenient scheduling, reasonable pricing for quality equipment and professional installation within the quoted time. Only reason I did not give 5star customer service rating is they were about 30 minutes late for both the initial diagnosis and the installation appointments.

They were on time, efficient and worked clean. They were also helpful in providing information and advice on other related issues.

I have used JMJ 3X since purchasing a home in "perfect" condition. Clogged drains, clogged toilet, facet falling out of wall in "hotel spa" shower.
