First to call at night upon seeking assistance through Home Advisor. Arrived first thing in the AM at an agreed upon time frame. Efficient work, pleasant to interact with; reasonable and expected expenses. I will call upon them again for future needs! Recommended!

We couldnâ t find the reason for the leak. We removed padding and carpet but the leak was still undetectable. After sopping up the water, the leak stopped. We deduced that it could be ac unit. He checked the toilet, hot water heater, and main meter. Nothing seemed obvious. He said keep an eye on it and if it begins to leak to call him back. It leaked again but this time I could see exactly where it was coming from. It turns out the ac unit compensation pipe was broken and seeping in through the lower part of the wall. Called the ac people to fix. By the way, the plumber didnâ t charge because he couldnâ t find the source of the leak. He did give me a â Maybe scenarioâ and what work would be involved, if it were the toilet. All in all, it worked out in my favor.

I feel that I was overcharge for the work that they did. Neighbors agreed it was too high priced. I am new to this area, so I used Home- advisor s recommendation. I should have asked around, but it was an emergency.

JMJ is a family owned business. They are friendly and very pleasant. Being retired and on a fixed income we wanted to save money. JMJ worked with us and allowed us to buy our own fixtures. We were very grateful and will definitely hire them again!

Someone tried to fix the toilet twice, so putting in a new one was probably necessary. I guess because they are so good, it took a while for them to come, but it was not an emergency. Overall they were very good.
