After being paid in full the job was not finished. He was suppose to come back and apply granules (to kill moles and what they eat) 2 times for lawn treatment, but he never came back. He charged in advance $85 for each application. We tried to reach him by phone, email or text messages, send word through their son, and were completelly ignored. I was told by their son that coming back to Conway is not worthed for the money that was left. I emailed back and asked for the partial refund of money for the job that was not finished. No answer, no check. I do not recomend them. They do not keep their word and take undeserved money. We had to call for him to come and do the job after we paid him $1000.00 in advance, and it took him a few weeks to show up, after he promised that he would come that weekend. After he took the rest of the money (another $500.00) he never came back to finish the job.

He never showed up after we called to confirm on three occasions. He told us he would be at our house at 9 am to do the job. His crew showed up at 4:00pm worked 1 hour and left. Every time we contacted him to see why he didn't show up we got excuses and promises to show up in three or four days. Again, no show, no phone call, nothing. We need the job completed asap and told him this. He has our money and we have his lies. Do NOT hire Gary Strickland!

Quick, professional, well done service. Gave quite and summary of work before starting. Crew arrived on time. Installed service in one day. Took care to preserve lawn and landscaping. Gave guarantee of work.

The less I say the better. The lawn required a second landscaper to fix the damage done.
