Installer couldn't install either appliance. Range - :because he said "there's a short in the box." As this house is 2 hours from where I live, I had to make a separate trip up there after I found an electrician and a plumber. The electrician said there was NOT a short in the box, maybe the wires were a little loose, he tightened them in 2 minutes. Dishwasher - even worse lie. Installer said he couldn't disconnect hose of old D/W because it was soldered to water line. The plumber who said that's not possible - D/W line is vinyl - it would melt. He used a wrench and got it off in 2 minutes. I paid for electrician, plumber, & haul away all were supposed to be covered. Now in order to recoup the installation charge, I have to file a claim with the insurance company/legal department of GE who Home Depot contracted with for installation. I'll probably get nothing for six hours of my time or the $200 I had to spend on electrician and plumber, I used to really like Home Depot. They have changed dramatically for the worse. The "partnering with affiliate installers" seemed to start a few years ago. Maybe some places the installers are okay, but in coastal South Carolina, they are not. The Home Depot itself didn't want to hear about how bad the installers were, so they clearly don't care about their customers, including ones who have spent roughly $40,000 on their merchandise over the last 15 years. This wreaks of a flawed corporate executive team attempting to squeeze out a few bucks anyway they can.

It was superb. Scheduling was good.

This Home Depot team has always been extremely professional and responsive. I have purchased more from them than I can possibly list in the last 5 years, everything from custom doors to outside fencing. One of the managers, Iris, has actually made special deliveries to my house. But what really makes me want to single them out, is a small incident during December 2012: I went into this Home Depot to purchase material to provide outdoor shelters for feral cats in the woods of Pawleys Island. I picked out all the raw material (vinyl storage bins, insulation and glue) and one of their employees came up and asked me if I needed help. I casually commented that I needed to go home and construct the shelters by cutting holes in the vinyl etc. -- maybe 2 hours of work. The employee offered to construct them right there on the spot in a busy store near the Christmas rush. After watching him for a half hour or so, I became a little uncomfortable because I did not want him to get in trouble with his management. When I told him so, he said something like "it's really okay, I am the store manager".

We are satisfied with their service and never had any problems with them.

I did not buy the door from Home depot. I went to Lowes same price and they installed it

They took too long. They dropped off the materials 3 weeks before they even started the job. So the materials were laying in my living room for 3 weeks. The could've been cleaner. The job was done correctly though.

They were very knowledgeable about the product. I shopped around and found that they had the best price. They took care of getting the order turned in fairly efficiently. I thought the crew could have been a little friendlier.

Went well. I called for an estimate, they came to the house, reviewed the costs and submitted an estimate, the lowest of three.. They provided alternatives and worked with the insurance company to identify what was wrong with the roof. I was on a deadline to get the work done and they were able to have the work completed before the deadline. All and all it was a very positive experience.

They did a great job. Finish the roof in two days using top-quality materials and quality craftsmanship. Left the work site clean and clear.
