About as poor as possibly could be. Approximately January of 2015 switched to DirectTv. Their customer service is 100% useless. Signed up bc was told I would get $150 Visa Gift Card. Spoke with the guys who installed my service about the card. They told me I had to be a member for 90 days. Spoke with at least 30 different people and kept getting transferred to different people. Called at least 15 times they have record of me calling 5 times. 14 of the times I called was told that the gift card was on its way. The last time I called I stayed on hold for 20 mins. Finally got to a supervisor. The supervisor told me I had to fill out a form to get the gift card. Never on any of the other calls did anyone say I needed to fill out a form. The supervisor kept going back and forth with me, her telling me I did not fill out the form and I kept telling her no one told me about filling out form for gift card. Asked her to email me the form, she said she was unable to do that since it was over the 90 days since I had become a member. Once my subscription is up I am going with someone else.
