As usual, Custom Theater and Audio performed an excellent job. I have been a customer for 11 years and they have installed all of my home audio and video entertainment systems, including a media room. Responsive and professional, they consistently deliver great performance!

The technician was prompt, efficient and capable to perform the task. He gave me a recommendation not to add a RF remote from directv which does not work with this application. One thing that I appreciate they do is to ask if any other concerns exist . This can and does get fixed and prevent another service call. I have had Custom Audio perform many jobs from installation , upgrading and routine trouble shooting with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and expertise. I have never been oversold on products or services. And would highly recommend their service.

Their installation was fine. When the first receiver malfunctioned, they lent me a loaner, picked mine up, shipped it to manufacturer, and returned it when repaired. When I noted that shortly after I bought mine, there emerged a newer replacement model, and the price had dropped on the model I received, they dealt with the factory/distributor and got me the benefit of the recent price drop. I also called them a few times with technical questions, and they were always courteous, responsive, and helpful. Real personal service. I think I paid list price for these rather high components, but it was quality all the way, and that's what I wanted.

They were amazing. The wall mount from Samsung looked daunting to me and installing it required experience and precision. The technicians really knew what they were doing. To program a universal RF remote, they far exceeded my expectations, creating custom macros and maximizing convenience and user friendliness. I could not have asked for greater value.
