They did a great job. They were very neat and cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure everything was straight before they left.

It went very well. First Bob helped me to decide which vinyl plank would be the best choice & I’m so glad I listened to him. Love the flooring as I had it put in my entire home. Everyone came on time, completely prepped everything, including removing appliances & anything else that needed to go temporarily, as well as putting everything back. Took about a week to complete but the Creative Flooring Crew was punctual & professional & did what they promised. I have received many compliments on my floor when family & friends come to visit. Highly recommend Creative Flooring Designs for competitive pricing, honesty & professionalism. You can’t go wrong with this local company. 👍

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DAY ONE FLOODED MY CONDO ON THE 21ST FLOOR.I HAPPEN TO ME NEXT DOOR SO I SAVE HIM FROM FLOODING THE WHOLE BLDG.NEVER ON TIME LATE EVERYDAY.DELIVERED SUPPLIES ONE DAY THEN LEFT FOR THE DAY.PUT SAND MIX TOPPING ON MY FLOOR TO LEVEL IT NO PRIMER.FIRED HIM. COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Bob and his crew showed up on time; got to work right away and had it done in one day. All debris was removed and they put the furniture back where it should be. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if we had the need.

The date was set and thecork flooring was ordered. Bob was to pick up the flooring 3 days before the actual installation date and deliver it to our home. We stayed in contact by e-mail and the flooring was delivered on the accepted day and time. Installation was flawless. Bob arrived on time and moved the furniture out of the area for us and pulled the carpet and disposed of it. The outside area was kept clean and passable the entire time. Before I knew it the job was complete and the floor was beautiful. Bob and his crew cleaned up, returned all the furniture to the den and cleaned up outside. We could not be happier with Bob and would definitely use him again. What a joy to deal with someone so professional.

Bob Terrell came and gave us an extimate and set up an installation date. He arrive at the appointed time and the job was compeleted on time and at the extimated cost. Very satisfied

Bob from Creative Flooring was both courteous, punctual, and fair in his pricing. We were thrilled with the service and timeliness of our installation. Creative Flooring also does tile work, which we will be using them for in the near future. I highly recommend this company, and any of the providers they may recommend, as I am sure they are as good as Creative Flooring, or they would not recommend them.

Bob Terrell promptly responded to my call for an estimate and was prompt throughout the entire prcject. I selected him because his estimate was competitive but also because our personalities seemed to mesh well and I thought that working with him on this project would be easy. They finished within their described deadline, perhaps a bit early even. The flooring looks great and although my cleaning lady found two scratches on the flooring the next day when she was cleaning, I have yet to spot them. I also do not know how these marks were caused. They did put two substantial marks on my wall that would not come off without paint being removed as I scrubbed. We did have a communication breakdown regarding where to begin the project and I found myself with a livingroom that was finished after the first day but a bedroom, that I had to sleep in that night, that was not done. While I understand that communication problems do happen and it was as much my fault as it was the contractor's, I was disheartened when his cell phone accidentally called me back after our conversation, on two occasions, and I overheard negative comments being made about me. That is why the professionalism mark is lower than "good" or "excellent."
