Excellent service

Bob Terrell's workers are great. Unfortunately, he has an honesty problem. After not being able to get the t molding to finish the flooring, I ordered it. I paid him before the t molding came in since it was the last detail of the project. When I asked him to refund the $60 he had in the bill for the molding he repeatedly said he would come by with a refund but never showed up and did not call back. Turns out, he does not even have a store. I'd like to know from Home Advisor how he was vetted to be on their site. Kathy MacSorley

Bob was excellent to work with. He delivered as promised. We are very happy with our new backsplash. If you use Creative Flooring for your project you won't be unhappy!

I contacted Bob Terrell, Owner of Creative Flooring Design to install porcelain tile in my Kitchen, Dining Area and Foyer. He did an excellent job. Since I wasn't able to be there he sent me pictures of his progress constantly and kept in touch constantly. He was in and finished in 2.5 days! I would recommend him to anyone needing this work. He is a professional and keeps his prices reasonable. I will hire him again. Linda K

This guy is wonderful. A true artist. Some reminding is needed but the outcome is better than i imagined. I trusted this man and felt no stress during the jobs. I want him back to do my flooring. He has a good work ethic and good personal morals. He is local!!!

thwese guys were top notch,. Courteous, friendly , on time and cleaned up everything after. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had a lot of square footage to change over from carpet to hard wood floors. We also had a floor in our dinningroom that had water damage and needed to be torn up and lastly but no leastly we had to match the hardwood floors in the house already. Every step of the way was done professionally. We are very happy with the end result
