Creative Flooring installed vinyl plank floors throughout our condo for us and we could not be happier. They showed up when they said and worked quietly and efficiently. The two installers did an excellent job. They moved our furniture when needed and cleaned up daily. We got a good fair price for the whole job. We would use them again and we will recommend them anyone we know who needs any kind of flooring. Five stars from us.

HE FLOODED MY CONDO ON DAY ONE, ON THE 21ST FLOOR OF A HIGH RISE. NEVER ON TIME. TRY TO USE SUB PAR MATERIALS ON MY PROJECT. HE SAID I NEEDED TO LEVEL THE FLOOR BEFORE I PUT DOWN TILE - WRONG. DID NOT LAY THE FIRST TILE BECAUSE I FIRED HIM BEFORE HE DID ANYMORE DAMAGE TO MY PROJECT.PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANY PROJECT. I HAD TO START OVER BUT I WILL BE FINE, JUST DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.

Bob and crew were a delight to have working on the project. Worked quickly and efficiently to complete. Looks great! Worked around my schedule to take care of job. Huge help.

Bob did not show up for the first appt, called him , no call back. He called my husband, no connection to my interactions with him. The job was scheduled and done in one day. His guys did a great job,but not getting back to me the first time earned them only 3 stars.

Excellent and reasonably priced. Bob was very flexible with re-arranging the project starting date due to a family emergency. The work was completed in a shorter time than expected and the installers were professional, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend the company if your looking for a job done right.
