Bob and his team were professional throughout the project and did the little things like daily cleanup and arriving on time every day. Bob was helpful with the floor layout and committed a 10% labor reduction if they finished early which they did and we received the benefit. I would have no qualms about hiring Creative Flooring in the future and am sure they will do an outstanding job.

This was a small project but was treated with the same attention of a larger project. Ideas were offered to my initial design that proved to make the backsplash gorgeous!!! Great outfit - on time, clean and professional. Was a joy to work with.

floor was not cut properly, squeeked when walking across, not up against moulding properly. Trim not cut properly. When called to correct one section, a large rock was left on floor to hold down I assume. Mickey Mouse operation. You get what you pay for I guess. Called numerous times to have him come back, no luck. Be careful with this slick one.

Bob and his team did a wonderful job on the tile in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They were the best price and did excellent work.

They did a very professional tlie install at three areas of my home. They showed up on time and completed the project in a neat and timely manner at very competitive cost. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Owner was very up front with work that would be performed and with price for labor. Work was completed on time and looks great. However floor had creaks in sections. Called contractor back and he stated all set. When I returned I found a large rock on section of floor to take care of problem. Not professional. Cant recommend to anyone, sorry.
