We decided to have a pool installed at the same time that we were having a new home built. As we lived out of state, the pool contractor had to work with our homebuilder. This can be touchy, but it worked out just fine. We had gotten another bid, but decided to go with Kent Lipton of Carolina Aqua Clear because we liked the way he did business. He had some great ideas for us regarding our pool and the deck. The pool was completed at the same time as the house and on budget. We would definitely use Carolina Aqua Clear again, and will recommend him to anyone interested in having a quality pool built.

We could not be happier to have chosen Carolina AquaClear as the company to build our new pool. We have moved much in our lives and have had three previous pools, 2 of which we had built. Although this was undoubtedly the most complicated construction, working with Kent proved to be superior to our previous experiences. Communication was excellent, the workers were professional, pleasant and extremely hard working. Kent was on site at some time during almost all of the construction days. The price is high but not out of line and the quality of the construction and the equipment used made it well worth the investment. Everything done has been found to be top notch. Some minor residual problems have been followed up expeditiously and corrected in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this company without reservation to anyone seeking to have a pool constructed.

See above. Construction went well. Do go out for multiple bids on the construction, as each bidder will offer some what different equipment and construction methods, which helps to finalize exactly what you want in a pool. We did extensive research online and this helped quite a bit but talking with multiple contractors was really a big help. Also, low price isn't the way to go if you want a quality pool built. One contractor stated that they could complete the pool in two weeks, which was not realistic, as they can't do much when it rains. Carolina Aqua Clear also had good working relationships with their subcontractors (concrete paver company, electricians, etc) and we did not experience any construction delays because of this.

Everything went well will the excption of all the ground water and buried trees---but that had nothing to do with Carolina Aqua Clear. Kent is honest and does what he promises to do.
