Description of Work: I received a bouquet as a birthday gift and it was a sad arrangement at best. The arrangement came in a ceramic mug and the mug sweated profusely onto my desk so the arrangement must have been made the previous day and sat in a chiller overnight. This was a gift from an out of state friend and everyyear I receive a bouquet from this friend from various florists in the area and I am usually so delighted with the arrangements but this was a huge disappointment although I would not tell my friend. I will certainly know never to use this florist personally.
