Description of Work: They power washed house and washed windows. Discovered when they got here that they didn't do screens. They groused about the size of the house. They didn't get all of the horizontal services cleaned (we get yellow pine pollen here). They used harsher cleaner that damaged my shrubs!! This never happened with other power wash service providers I have used in the past. I won't use this company again!

Description of Work: B&R has cleaned our sunroom windows (inside and out) multiple times. Our windows are located on the second floor of our building and are not the easiest to clean, but they always do a great job. We have also used them for dryer vent cleaning as well. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They power-washed house and washed windows. Window washing guys did a good job. I had to ask them to wipe the jams, which they did. The power wash guy did not seem to be pleased about the size of the house when they got here (3-level raised low-country house). Power wash on vertical services was OK. Horizontal surfaces (trim around porch columns, upstairs deck pergola, etc.) not done very well. Had to point it out to him but he did not want to pull up the power wash equipment again. Also he was not careful about cleaner coming down; 2 large shrubs got ruined. Overall I'd say the job was OK. Overall quality not as good as the provider I used last year. I might use them again as long as we discussed the previous service shortcomings and they were willing to correct them.

+ 0 moreThey were to come around 1pm, arrived at 11:00 = could have called to see if convenient instead of just showing up.... What they did do was done well...They were supposed to power wash the small slab by our garage side door and two days later I found it hadn't been done....I had reiterated it to the workers and it was quoted on estimate. /When they were finished and wanted payment, the invoice did not include the 15% discount as advertised, so I deducted it (had previously discussed with inside gal). I also got a quote for power washing our roof which after checking with a neighbor who recently had theirs done by another service, Window Gang quoted me $500 more than the other service which did a wonderful job...I will not be calling them for roof/house power washing!
