Both times I had them come out they were late, because they "needed to stop and pick up supplies." That they didn't already have the truck stocked and ready to go the next morning....and I had to wait so they could do that? Not very professional. Ditto, their "estimator," who blew me off for our appt., because he had to stop somewhere else to do an estimate that was closer to where he was....so he'd just come another day, and was late then, too. Again, not very professional. Windows did get clean, and they did honor their 10% off coupon through Angie's List, so those things were a plus....though that was what they were being paid to do, and the coupon was offered on their pg., so I expect those parts would go right.

Although they were several minutes late, they apologized. They went right to work. It was great to have clean windows.

Great job. I called early in the morning and they had someone out in a couple of hours. Dryer vent was clogged and was causing my dryer to not work efficiently. 10% discount with Angie's list coupon. Will use them again in a year for maintenance.

The job went extremely well and we are very pleased with the results! Tim and Robert were right on time to begin the job. The dryer was located on the 2nd floor with limited access to the area behind the drywall where the dryer vent was located. Tim had to crawl through a small trap door to get behind the dryer and found the hose had worked loose from the vent pipe. They secured the hose onto the vent pipe, cleaned the vent from both the inside and outside entry points and cleaned up the area before leaving. I have scheduled the Window Gang to return in six months to confirm our problem is resolved and the dryer vent is clear. The price was very reasonable and the crew was very courteous!

I had a very good experience with them. They did a very good job and charged me what they said they were going to charge me. They got it done on the day they said they would get it done. I would recommend them.

The price quote for doing the work which we requested seemed quite high since we have an all brick house. In fact, after obtaining a quote from another business we were charged 27% less and had the whole roof cleaned. We might contact them again in the future in hopes that their price might be more competive.

They came about 15 min. later then the estimate they gave me, but they called well in advance and informed me that they would be a little late. Two men showed up and promptly went to work. They left the windows sparkling, no easy feat as this is a new house and the windows were never washed before and there is new construction going on around me. I have used this company in the past on my prior home and I would use them again. After they cleaned up and left I immediately called the office and spoke to Barbara and told her how pleased I am with the work.

They were very timely and professional. We were having carpets cleaned before our move in at the same time and they were very accommodating about where and how they worked. They did an excellent job and we would use them again.

Window Gang were meticulous. they had my blinds back the next day which was earlier than they told me they would, the blinds were very clean, the staff were very courteous, and the price was reasonable. I used Window Gang again to come back and clean my sofa and rugs.

They did a good job - were punctual, and helpful. Would use them again.

The team (one man, one woman) did a good job overall. They were both very nice, punctual and I felt like they did a good job for the money. The one thing that made me a little uncomfortable was that the woman kept commenting on and complimenting our things. I didn't feel as though she was "shopping", but it was so awkward.

These guys were great. They paid attention to detail, they were neat, professional, worked hard and were polite and they made everything sparkle. No tiger stripes on the gutters, they did them by hand!! Very nice men. Fantastic job.ed the gutt

They were prompt and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of other stuff (Thank You). The windows were not perfect but were nearly so. I would have given them an A- versus a B if it was available. I will definitly use them again.

No clue since they never called me back

Our dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in eight years (new construction). I contacted Window Gang, based on an internet search for local vendors. The gentleman I spoke with was able to provide me with an estimate ($75.00), based upon the informatioin I gave him. He was in his vehicle when I called so he asked if he could call me back when he got back to the office (he estimated 10 minutes) to arrange an appointment. And he called as indicated! He also indicated he would send me a contract and some additional information within the hour -- and it arrived in about 15 minutes. About 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment, he called and asked if he could come about an hour later than we originally agreed upon since he was running a bit behind. And he (and an assistant) showed up in about 40 minutes. They were polite and professional. The work took about a half hour; they cleaned up after themselves and presented the bill. The estimated amount! My experience in the area when I've contacted people to do work in our house has been less than satisfactory in the past. I've had contractors arrive a couple hours -- or days -- later than agreed upon -- or not at all -- so I was impressed with his conscientiousness in keeping me informed and following through on what he agreed upon. I will certainly contact this company again in a couple years (recommended dryer vent cleaning "schedule").

They had a great response time. They were very professional and yet friendly and informative. They were much more reasonable than Mr. Soot which I had the last time. I hope to have them back for window and carpet cleaning when I can afford to do so.

Their price was expensive but they are very good at what they do and are on time.

Called an requested an estimate for the gutter cleaning and one was emailed to me the next day. I called to make an appointment and one was made that accommodated my needs and schedule. I made an appointment for 4:00 pm and the crew arrived at 11:00 am and asked if they could perform the work early. They arrived in a company truck and uniforms. They performed a quick survey of the job and explained what they were going to do. They went about the work and brought to my attention other problems with gutter guards. They told me they would replace them and allowed me to run to Home Depot while they finished. When I returned they installed the gutter guards at no charge. They also cleaned off a shed roof and a patio. Both were very professional and performed these other minor services at no extra charge. These guys performed an excellent service. I would highly recommend them for gutter cleaning.

They always show up and stay till they are finished and have got everything clean. They do an excellent job. They are very friendly and professional.
