Description of Work: The original , verbal quote, was to include full, complete boards of siding to repair damaged planks, and paint. I asked for a written quote, and Ernest said he did not have invoices with him. He also asked fo 50% deposit...which I was not comfortable with, but took a leap of faith. He was to come back in 2 days, and complete the work in 1 day. well, it was a complete disaster. He showed up 4 hours late and only communicated after an hour because I was trying to reach him. He did a horrific patch job, not with full planks as we had discussed, and was working alone. Since he got there so late, he had to come back the next day, and had the nerve to ask me for another $100 for materials. The materials at that point were not even $100. He said he used my money to buy gas for his truck and that another job owed him money...how is that my problem. I finally got him to put the work he was to do in writing...although still no invoices and he put it on the back of a flier. the paint job was sloppy and he left a complete mess behind which he did not clean up. He did do a good job on the piece near the roof. He seems to be an affable guy, but a horrible business man. My siding came out like a patch work and I had to re paint 3 more times after he left. It took my husband hours to clean up the mess left on the lawn with all the bits of garbage. It was a horrific experience I would not wish on anyone. Huge disappointment, especially since there were lots of great reviews on your website. I had been using another site for referrals and never had a problem. I am not very leery of trusting what's on your site. I felt like a 'dream' was presented on your site, and I got a 'nightmare'!!!

Description of Work: The date of service was Nov 9, 2015 and the cost of service was $30,000.

Description of Work: Completely renovated my kitchen. Did the designs, listened to what I wanted and required, advised, and oversaw entire project. Brought competent and timely subcontractors to the job. Kitchen looks terrific. I couldn't be happier!
