My wife and I have bought and sold many properties prior to our move to the Charleston area 12 years ago. I must say that Jay Rogers is, without a doubt, the best person we have dealt with in helping us achieve our long-term financial goals. We met Jay a little over 12 years ago when we retired and moved to Mt Pleasant. Jay has been instrumental in finding us both investment and personal residential properties. With his help we have closed on over 14 properties. Jay knows the Charleston market and pays close attention to details. He listens to his clients wants and needs. I wouldn't want anyone other than Jay to represent me.

Jay Rogers was our listing agent on a condo we owned in Mt Pleasant SC. The sale closed June 2016. Jay was an absolute pleasure to deal with through out. He was knowledgeable and readily available. We live out of state and Jay readily volunteered to handle a number of things we otherwise would have had to make a special trip to Mt Pleasant to take care of. Jay stayed in close contact and kept us well informed throughout. He was highly reliable in every respect and was always positive and professional. We could not have been more pleased with his services. In short, we got everything (and probably more) than we would have gotten with a tradition "full service" agent except the high commission fee! We recommend Jay without reservation.

Excellent value and amazing deal!

He is excellent. We had him help us move from Indiana to South Carolina. He helped us find a house, get the utilities set up and home inspection. He went above and beyond for us. He even helped me find closet doors. The people that were in our home before had a bunch of stuff left over; he made sure it was cleaned up before we got there. He even had the windows clean.
