+ -1 moreHe went beyond his duties since he didn't have the parts and gave me different ideas on other blinds. Very professional and helpful. I would use them (or may need to use them if I can't find the right size) in the future!
Description of Work: I brought in broken plantation shutters and unfortunately the louvers are a weird size, so they didn't have them. The owner, Worth, researched other places and worked with me promptly via phone and email to try to fix the problem.
