 + -1 moreDave clearly knows what he's doing, as he is quick to walk in, assess the issue, and knows what the resolution is almost right away. Anything I've hired him to do he's fixed it with a quality you don't find much these days. Most handymen are out to do the quickest job, rather than a high quality upgrade/fix, but Dave does a great job. He's also always on time and responds timely to messages. He's my go to handyman for all of my maintenance needs.
Description of Work: I've hired Dave for several items that needed doing around the house that included hanging ceiling fans, fixing my shower (we had it upgraded and the original installer missed a few things so Dave is in the process of fixing them like regrouting, proper drainage, etc. as we find these issues), fixed our sliding glass door, and the list goes on.

Description of Work: New shower heads installed, leak kitchen sink, screen porch fixed with new screen and locks on doors. Checked electrical in bath. Did landscaping outside by edging and putting decorative rocks out
