+ -1 moreFrom the start to the actual closing on a home the service level could not have been any better, no pressure or rush to find a home. They have supplied us with local inspectors and contractors that all worked out extremely well. I can't imagine anyone having a problem with their level of service and follow up .
Description of Work: We relocated from Connecticut to Mt Pleasant this past month. David and Roxanna provided us with an education on the different areas in and around Charleston.

+ -1 moreDavid Kent is a true professional. Everything went great. He listened to our goals, met with us on several occasions, gave us honest feedback, and represented our position. He had our best interests in mind while we were looking for our house, and was a great source of information in all aspects - not just the purchase. He also helped us find our mortgage lender and helped us find a handyman. I highly recommend using David Kent. It was great knowing that he is an exclusive buyers agent, so there was never any conflict. I will give his name to anyone that is looking to buy a home in the Charleston area.

+ -1 moreWell . . . . the story began in 2004, when we moved to Charleston. Downtown real estate prices shot up and we were contented renters for several years. All the while, still getting David's e-mails of property in our price range. We had renewed interest in late 2010. David spent several weekends and evenings showing us houses and condos (some with "beer pong" tables - did I mention we want to live downtown)!! I still remember his initial pitch - "your job is to fall in love with a home, and my job is to tell you all the reasons you shouldn't buy it". I thought that was strange, but in the end it made sense.
