Alan and his team went above and beyond to help us find a new home. We were out of state and could only come to look at homes every few weeks. When we were in town he would set up 10-15 showings. They would be scheduled perfectly and we would be given notebooks to help us track them and determine the pros and cons of each. If something came up between our visits he or one of his team members would go to the home and show it to us on face time. We were given maps of the area and info on each of the areas we were interested in. We probably looked at 40-45 homes and bid on 3 of them. Alan was very helpful explaining the market conditions and walking us thru the bid process. He stayed very upbeat and encouraged us when we would lose the bidding wars common in the Mt. Pleasant market. Once we had an accepted offer he set up the inspection, appraisal and attorney for us. Either he or someone from his team attended each. When there was a problem with the property title he reviewed our options with us and kept us up to date as the problems were resolved. Alan has an impressive knowledge of the area, the market conditions and the sales process. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

From the beginning Alan was very impressive. We had several realtors come over to our house in the Belle Hall subdivision to give us an appraisal. He seemed very confident and seemed to know what he was doing. When we decided to list our house with him he came over right away and took great pictures for the MLS website. Within 3 days our house had sold for over the asking price. He also took care of everything with the closing. I would definitely recommend Alan to anyone wishing to sell their house
