Responded to initial request for quote the morning after posting on Home Advisor. Came out to our home that same day to assess job (stain front porch) and provided quote. He stayed in contact and kept us updated on when he could perform the work, stuck to the schedule. In the end, the work was very sloppy. Spent an additional 13 hours re-staining, re-painting and cleaning up the mess. Spent additional money on house paint to repair 4 large spots hit by carelessness while staining porch. Sent text expressing our dissatisfaction, gave him 4 days to respond but nothing. Do NOT recommend.

Excellent customer service. Worked with my schedule, even though I messed up and caused them to work on a weekend. Great service, can’t recommend them enough.

I was fortunate to find Southern Property Restoration under Home Advisor for power washing services. They were here when they said they would be here which is a rarity nowadays. Both gentlemen, Adam and Jay, were very professional and did an outstanding job. Their price was extremely fair for the amount of work they did which they did efficiently and with care. They also pointed out some minor defects they noticed while power washing and recommended ways to repair them. They were not trying to drum up business for themselves in pointing out the needed repairs as they don’t do that type work. I will definitely be using Southern Property Restoration in the future for any service they provide. Highly recommend.

Hired these guys to pressure wash the house and they did a phenomenal job!

They showed up later than they said they would and seemed to work much more quickly than others I have used. They pressure washed an area I told them not to and did not pressure wash several areas I did not notice until after they left. They did not touch the soffit over my garage doors or small porch off the garage for some reason and they missed a lot of spots that I have been up on a ladder cleaning myself. I will not use them again.

I really have to give it to Jay and his team for their professionalism and accountability. Jay was in touch by phone within an hour or two of posting my request, he followed up with an in-person quote the next day, and they knocked the work out when they said they would. Ahh how nice it is to find folks who say what they're going to do.... Look forward to working with them again, Mike
