 + -1 moreI would not hire this company again as we had problems with our sprinkler line and cable line being cut through. This occurred after my husband walked the property with the employee and we also had flags in the ground laid by the cable company and sprinkler company identifying the lines.

 + 0 moreDave has been extremely accessible by phone. He has come out two different instances to check on our dog's progress. He was not pushy and told me all the pros and cons of the competing systems. He came back as many times needed to train. He guarantees the equipment for life but he actual buried wire is only guaranteed for a year. They offer a great service and I have been very pleased.
Description of Work: They installed an invisible fence around a half an acre. They also provided training for our dog. She is a half Pit Bull and half Dalmatian.

He said if the dog would not say in the fence area while using his method, he would refund the cost. He made sure to work a lot with one of the dogs and came out several times to help train. Both dogs have adjusted well. He also offers to replace any broken collars at no additional charge. He is friendly and the dogs seem to like him.

He came out multiple times to help train our dog to the fence. Our dog has not escaped and the results are exactly what he said they would be. It is a little expensive but I am pleased with the service.

 + 0 moreI originally used their service because the guy was local. For some reason I am now using some one in Charleston and it is inconvenient. It is frustrating because I have to replace the collar when it breaks. It can be a hassle and expensive especially because he is far from my home. However, the service has been fine. I like that you can adjust the intensity on your own. It seems to be bullet proof and it is working well.

As the gentleman was doing the wiring, he was explaining exactly what he was doing. He also explained what to check first in case there are any issues. He essentially saved me a service charge by giving me the opportunity to repair the issue myself.
Description of Work: They installed an invisible fence around three quarters of an acre. I have a Husky, Chocolate Lab, and a small Doxin.
