The tint looked great and greatly reduced the heat coming onto the home. HOWEVER, within a year's time, the window tint began to pit. I called Hal and he said, "no problem, we'll schedule a technician to replace the film." After several months of calling and leaving a message, he never bothered to return my call. I even recommended a friend who encountered the same issue. The product was Vista VEP 35, the film Hal Crowley recommended. You'll be happy for a year until it pits and then just try getting service. Use a different vendor.
