Description of Work: We had 2 leaky shower faucets. After calling 3 businesses from Angie's List, we settled on Servant Plumbing. Louie gave me a complete run down on what to expect including a close estimate based on my description and photos of our fixtures. He was very thorough in his analysis further explaining that nothing is for certain without actually seeing the fixtures and doing some preliminary work on them. As it turned out the faucet with the worst leak was a simple rebuild. The other faucet has a very minor leak and after Josh worked on it a while, he determined it would take more to repair this one. He showed me the worn and/or replaced parts, discussed the options and put that one back together for another day. Josh was excellent, hard working, prompt and had a great attitude, even after realizing he would have to crawl under the deck to turn off and on the water. New to Charleston, we were nervous about finding and selecting a service provider as important as a plumber. Angie's list and Servant Plumbing has made this experience a breeze, and we intend to have them out again for additional work including a possible bathroom(s) remodel. Oh, and our bill came in under estimate due to our AL discount coupon and the fact that the second leak wasn't repaired yet. Couldn't ask for more than that!

Description of Work: Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. I contacted Servant Plumbing in the evening and my call was returned almost immediately even though it was after regular working hours. I explained my problem and Louie said someone would be here in the morning. Josh was here at the agreed upon time and was friendly and professional. He explained my options in detail and gave me a price to replace the unit. I thought the price was fair and I was also able to use my 15% off coupon for Angies List. He began the work immediately and as it was in the afternoon, asked if it would be a problem to install the new heater in the morning. I said it would not be a problem, but as the work progressed, Josh came in and said that he really didn't want to leave us without hot water overnight and although he had another job to go to there was another man who could come and finish after he completed the job he was on. It was well after normal working hours, but the job was completed and with no additional charges. The cost was exactly what was quoted and the job was completed without any problems. I would highly recommend Servant Plumbing.

Description of Work: We had servant plumbing come out for multiple plumbing jobs including installing a reverse osmosis filter. It turned out the factory had a couple lines backwards on the filter. They came out free of charge and rechecked the filter which was working fine. Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: Had a leak from the base of the toilet whenever it was flushed. The wax ring was leaking. The service man disconnected the toiled, moved it from the bathroom and cleaned away the grime, replaced two floor tile replace the wax ring. He then reset the toilet, replaced the water lead from the valve to the tank, replaced the valve assembly in the tank and made proper adjustments. His service was prompt, thorough, and courteous.

Description of Work: Clogged drain in kitchen, garbage disposal not working. Cleaned the clogged drain and reset the garbage disposal, all on a late Sunday evening emergency call. Great work, very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
