I sent Josh at Servant Plumbing a message through Angie's List, asking for his help . . . . and soon if possible, not knowing if on a Sunday on short notice he would able to come. Sure enough, within a very short while, he emailed back that he would come, which he did within about an hour or so . . . and on a Sunday! He was able to clear the disposal blockage quickly and while doing so, noticed that one of the pipes under the sink needed to be shortened somewhat, which he also accomplished. We've used Servant Plumbing before and have always been happy, and this Sunday emergency service was just more proof that our trust in Servant is well-placed. Josh really saved the day for us and did it in such a pleasant and professional way, and he also charged us less than $100 for the job. We were so grateful.

Mike was able to get everything accomplished very efficiently and well. He arrived within the expected time window. Replaced toilet seat at no charge. Gave us clear estimates on additional work. As always, so very satisfied with Mike and Servant Plumbing. Know that repair people from Servant are experienced and competent. Find cost of installations for all work, not just Servant, is more than we would expect, but that's where skill and experience factor in. Did not get multiple estimates because we have had such a positive experience with their work in the past.

The guy had to adjust on the fly, as our new sink wouldn't properly fit the cutout left behind by the old sink. I think he did well to make it fit and look as good as it did. He had to do some cutting (dust went everywhere) and I know his labor hours were above what he had estimated for the job. Overall, I think they made the best of a tough situation and we are pleased with the work.

He was very responsive. This man calls you back within 15 minutes after you leave him a message. He was honest, very responsive, and professional. The workers were very professional. He has on his logo, a little cross, and it says, "Heavenly owned but locally operated". That's one of the reasons that I picked them. They also have four-hundred and something positive reviews on Angie's List, that was another reason that I picked them too.

Very good, it was fine. He was very nice and polite. Just a minor thing, was he got his hand on the wall and made a dirty mark but it was a small thing.

I was quoted on the spot for repairs, but also advised that the job was fairly straightforward and I would probably be able to do it myself and save the money. Such an honest opinion is very refreshing these days!

See above plus the plumber took the old PVC pipes, and instead of disposing of the pipes, he threw them in my yard right outside my side door. I didn't appreciate that.

Louie looked under the house, then with husbands help, they turned on all the faucets downstairs, nothing, so they went upstairs and something from the bathroom over the kitchen was leaking. Louis went to the plumbing store and bought some parts and spent a good hour, fixing the leak that was unrelated to the kitchen leak. It was a messy job and Louie was covered in mud. Then Louis said those incredible words; No Charge! They stand behind their work completely, even though it was unrelated, they fixed it, for free. Incredible company, incredible people.

Arrived home yesterday (Friday) to discover a leaking hot water heater. Had used Servant Plumbing in the past, so they were the first, and only plumber I called. When I called I received Louie's voice mail that stated he would return call in 15 minutes. My call was returned in 8 minutes. What!!! Who does that these days? After discussing problem and options (yes, we were given options), work was scheduled for today (Saturday). Throughout the day Louie kept me informed of how his day was going, There was no guessing as to when, or if, he would show up. He was here when he said he would be. What??? Communication and punctuality!!! Y'all can deal with the 'big guys' if you want to, but you'll be missing out on having worked performed by a REAL plumber. Louie is experienced, professional, knowledgeable, personable and customer oriented. He checked and double checked his work before leaving. He's one of a dying breed - a MASTER tradesman. Everyone at Servant Plumbing is always very genuine and professional. I had already purchased the hot water heater and had ordered the wrong size. They added new fittings and got it to fit without having to go out for more parts or getting annoyed with my mistake. I can't recommend these guys enough for their professionalism and integrity. The cost included a $100 off Angie's List coupon.

Quick and efficient. Also replaced two shut off valves and gave estimate to replace all valves in house. Answered all my questions satisfactorily.

Great experience overall. Called Servant plumbing, left brief message with overview of problem. Received call back within 10 minutes. We discussed the issue, and was offered a free estimate that same day. Plumber arrived right on time, very nice, professional and experienced guy. He saw the issue, explained how he proposed to resolve it, and provided a competitive estimate. Today ( yes, July 4), plumber arrived right on time, did a very professional job drilling through the lower cabinet under the kitchen sink and into the crawlspace, and replaced the old, failing drain pipe with PVC. Cost matched the estimate. I would not hesitate to use Servant Plumbing in the future or recommend them to others. I wish all service providers were this reliable and professional.

Jay did an excellent job and corrected another issue that another plumber did not do correctly. I WILL DEFINATELY CALL THEM AGAIN ! THEY ARE AWESOME.

I came home to find I had a drainage issue and originally though it was a clogged drain and called roto rooter at night which is usually the first thing that comes to mind in an emergency. They came out and found that the pipe was busted and told me the following day they would come out with a camera. I got no response and called them back and said they would return my call and nothing. So I called servant plumbing and spoke with Josh on Sunday and he knew what was wrong by just the phone call and would send someone out on Monday morning between 9 amd 10. Lewis showed up at 0930 and found the problem and was exactly what Josh said it was over the phone. He completed the service quick and was super professional and quick. They are a top notch company and are now saved in my phone for future plumbing issues. They also told me they will do a free home inspection prior to me renting out the house. This is a highly recommended company!!!!
