Jay was the plumber and he was great. Friendly, knowledgable, professional. I will use and recommend this plumber again. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. He fixed the problem and cleaned up too! Very satisfied.

This was supposed to be a quick job. About 1-2 hrs. This turned into a nightmare. NONE OF THIS WAS David's fault ! Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. The floor was not level, the lines started to leak, David had to change the lines and shim the toilets, you name it and it went wrong. David's appointment time was 10:00 am. He got here at 9:55 am. He did not leave here until about 5:00 pm. He did not even stop for a lunch break. I tried several times to get him to stop and get something to eat, but he would not. He finished correcting all of the problems and the now they work GREAT ! I can not say how pleased I am with Servant Plumbing and their workers, especially Josh and David. I HIGHLY recommend their company Servant Plumbing! If I ever have to use another plumbing service...it will be SERVANT PLUMBING!

The punctuality and professionalism of this company cannot be overstated. They ask you to leave a message when you call and that they will get back to you within 15 minutes. I left a message and within 10 minutes I was talking to the owner, while he was under a house!!! He called me back to schedule the job as soon as he was able. I had tried unsuccessfully to clear a clog in my main sewer line. I figured I needed to call a pro, being that it was getting late on a Friday and the weekend was coming. The owner Louie scheduled me with David who actually made the service call. David was very approachable and easy to get along with. He diagnosed the issue and cleared the clog with ease. After the service was complete the owner even contacted me to make sure everything went well. Again, the service and professionalism of this company cannot be overstated. They were great. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Called Josh on New Year's Eve afternoon at 4:00 p.m. I had a leak dripping into an HVAC chase in the basement. Josh said he would be there 10:00 a.m. January 2, 2015. He showed up promptly. I was concerned the leak was from the drain on the washing machine. Josh diagnosed problem in no time flat -- it was a toilet seal leak. He fixed it and charged me $185.00. I would highly recommend Servant Plumbing. Very professional, priced reasonably and the bonus is, Josh is a fine Christian man.

An upstairs toilet valve was leaking, causing water to go under bathroom floor and damaging the ceiling of my downstairs laundry room. They quickly determined the source of the leak and were able to repair it. Very professional and punctual. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I was called back within fifteen minutes of leaving a message. I had someone at my home within two hours. I had a leak under my kitchen sink that I could not get cut off. Even with having to go locate a part, work was performed withing two hours. Given that this was a Friday, I was very pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the service.

They answered the phone right away. Said they would call back that evening to set a time for the next day. They did just that. The next day they worked around my schedule and showed up right when I returned from picking up my kids from school. The truck was unmarked. The guy was friendly. I had bought a new faucet set for my tub so he could replace it. Another plumbing company had told me it could not be fixed and would have to be replaced...a huge job involving taking apart the tub. Servant Plumbing informed me it could be fixed and did so in about 30-45 min. I returned the faucet set I had bought and got $250 back. I was grateful.

They responded almost immediately to my Angie's List inquiry. Quickly arrived and professionally took care of my goof ... getting a toilet auger removed that was stuck in my toilet. Plumber had to remove and reinstall the existing toilet which I *should* have been able to do but did not feel comfortable doing.

Josh appeared on time and completed all work in a professional manner. I appreciated that Louis called a few days later to make sure we had been taken care of. When I had some questions about the scope of work, Louis addressed them immediately and thoroughly. Great customer service!

ON TIME AND ON BUDGET

The plumber from Servant Plumbing was great! Prior to using Servant Plumbing we had 3 visits by two different plumbers that provided three different diagnoses...all of which proved to be wrong. The other plumbers were always in a hurry and would jump to an assumption then give us a high quote to repair. I had a bad feeling about the other plumbers so we called Servant Plumbing. The plumber from Servant came on a Saturday at no extra charge, listened to me explain the problem, thoroughly investigated the leak, then accurately diagnosis the problem and fixed it at low price. He was intelligent, professional, and competent. I will only use servant plumbing in the future.

It is great to see a company that stands by their word. During the installation, a minor detail was overlooked on one of the disposals. Whilst Josh was on vacation by the time it was noticed, every effort was made to correct the issue, and have me 100 % satisfied with the work performed. I can't speak highly enough of the excellent customer service that I received throughout the experience. This is the first time I used Angie's list, and I am sold! I received an immediate response to request for service. The representative scheduled a service call. The service personnel arrived on time and completed/resolved my plumbing problems. He was professional, efficient and most helpful in explaining how I could avoid similar problems in the future.

I called the provider based on Angie's list reviews. He quickly returned my call and agreed to come have a look at the job. I was not at home at the time - he made it super simple to understand the pricing and what would happen, and didn't even need me to be home, we simply managed the payment over the phone. The result of the work was good, and I was especially pleased with the responsiveness of this provider. He "got it" that if it wasn't addressed that day (a Friday afternoon), I would have no water for the weekend potentially. I felt some sticker shock but I ould be wrongly judging that as a B since I have no comparisons. When I returned home, the pipe was fixed, the ground was neatly put back together, and I wouldn't have even known that anything had occurred! He followed up later that day or the next to ensure I was happy with the service. All around, completely understand why this provider gets great reviews!

Absolutely recommend! Installed new shutoff valves, hook up water lines, install garbage disposal, reroute drain and hook up DW for disposal waste. Excellent job, excellent customer interaction, excellence all around. Zero problems! Hire this company!

Technician showed up on time and performed services in an orderly and efficient manner. Was very pleased with the service provided!!

Louie knew what the necessary repair and was persistent in his efforts to repair the facet. He was pleasant and professional. I appreciate his willingness to perform the work on Sunday.

Josh was on time and very professional. Kitchen faucet was leaking and he advised that repairs would exceed cost of new faucet, which was much appreciated. Will have him back to install new faucet soon. Nice to have a new local provider of plumbing services after years of using a major vendor which has become more and more expensive but less and less dependable.

Josh set up our appointments and came during the one-hour time window. He began work immediately and worked quickly to complete the jobs. He cleaned up after himself and took all of the old parts away when he left. When replacing the garbage disposal he was very thorough about checking for leaks under the sink. He was a very professional and personable young man with a great work ethic. I would definitely hire Servant Plumbing again.

Very nice employee, nice quality of work. Big miscommunication on cost of service. I was expecting less than $500. His bill was $1200. They were nice enough to decrease cost some.

Did not hire. Had the entire job done including drywall patch, new baseboards and paint for half the price.

PERFECT IS HOW IT WENT !!! Josh came, investigated the problems gave us options and then removed and replaced the broken hot water heater. Josh was thorough, considerate, timely, professional and knowledgable - I'm sure what else we could have hoped for in a service call. An added plus - the boss called us later that night to ask if we were happy and satisfied with the service his technician has provided. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE SERVANT PLUMBING again !!!
