Description of Work: Small office new operating system with new work stations, very complex others had failed. Also simple short cuts and what ever my staff and I needed. Very personable and helpful. He came to my office and provided services about 20 times in November & December 2011 and January 2012.

Description of Work: I have had Rick "tune up" my computer when it was performing badly, remove viruses, update critical protection software, and make expert recommendations for the best available programs for keeping it safe and happy.
