Everything went as planned from the very beginning. Caleb came out to the apartment before the move to better provide an estimate of the amount of time and number of guys needed to complete the job. His price was the best by far out of 3 quotes, and he was also the most professional. On the day of the move, Caleb and his two other guys showed up at the apartment 30 minutes early. They were even willing to move the washer and dryer and some of the boxes that we had already packed. The whole 3-bedroom apartment was moved into the new house in 4 hours (including a 45 minute drive between locations). We could not have done a better job ourselves, and in fact, we would have most likely beaten up our walls trying to get the furniture up the stairs in the new house. I would strongly recommend using Ready Set Movers, and we will definitely use them again if we ever have the need. Thanks, Caleb!

Thanks to Lynne's subscription in Charleston with Angie's List and her research with your site to locate Ready Set Movers listing and Recommendations. She called Caleb and then I contacted him. I had moved from living with my sister Lynne there in Charleston and accepted a job in Raleigh. Caleb and his Moving Team went beyond the call of Duty for me! I had just had a very very bad experience with a National Moving Co. (I am reporting them to the State Attorney General's Office it was that bad!). His ability to put together a price and timely move for me from Charleston to Raleigh, NC with very short notice and a very restricted time line that I had to work with was nothing less than a small miracle. I have moved so many times in the past 15 years and this is without a doubt the BEST CREW and COMPANY I have dealt with. I am telling you from a VERY experienced mover? these guys know how to take care of their customers! Caleb has shown me that Customer Service their Priority and they live up to their promises and most important? their quotes. I was delighted with their price? as I had already received no less than 10 quotes prior to theirs. Most of which were ridiculously high for no further than I was moving. It went great! Caleb (the owner) took our information and gave us an estimate within a day. On the day of the move, Caleb and Tyler were our movers. They arrived a few minutes before schedule and they were awesome. All furniture was professionally handled and there were no problems with furniture, walls, floors, etc. being adversely affected at either location. We had already packed and sealed our boxes, and they moved them as well. They had to dismantle some of our furniture, and it was all put back together onsite with no problems encountered. And, they were fast. We had moved ourselves (with the help of our son) 3 months ago, so we knew how time consuming this move was for us. Caleb and Tyler arrived at 9:00 and were finished moving us in and reassembling furniture, etc. before 12:30; a move that had taken us about 6 hours previously. They actually ran back to the truck in between the delivery of each item. At the end of the move, they even asked us to take a look around and see if we wanted anything moved around in the house to a different location or room. I can't say enough great things about this company and these movers. I would recommend them highly, and would use them again.

I cannot say enough good about my experience with this company. Caleb actually made moving an awesome experience, and I never thought I would say that about moving, since I consider it a form of cruel and unusual punishment. Absolutely everything was perfect. From packing everything inside and outside of my house to moving me into my new house. They were so professional and respectful and made it all look so easy. They even accommodated my request to not wear shoes in my new house while moving in. The price was more than fair and worth every penny. Caleb was so responsive and just all together superb. He made moving the least stressful part of selling and buying a house in a less than 30-day period. Most highly recommend and I am extremely particular, so for me to say this means they really are that good.

Perfect from start to finish!!

We had a great experience with Caleb and his crew. We interviewed three moving companies and went with Ready Set Movers because of Caleb's (owner) professional demeanor and flexibility. He didn't quote the lowest - but he did come in under his estimate even with the extra hour we had his crew wait while we dealt with a closing hiccup. We had a closing nightmare and Caleb was willing to work with our needing to change moving dates and times all the way up to two days prior. Crew all spoke english which was also nice. Will definitely recommend to others looking for movers.

Caleb and his helper (who actually filled in for the original scheduled helper who got sick) moved me on a Sunday to accommodate my very tight moving schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Granted it was not inexpensive but worth every penney. Caleb runs a first class operation and is very hands on with his business following up with the customer and taking extra care to make sure everything is done right! I would give him and Ready Set Go Movers an A+.

The movers were punctual and professional, and hard working. They worked the entire 3 hours with little to no break--including working around a toddler safely--and they carefully packed a very full moving truck. I'm happy and amazed that NOTHING was broken or damaged, not one single wine glass or anything else! Amazing! Money well spent!!

Caleb was truly a professional. He came out to Moncks Corner to provide an estimate after normal working hours. He didn't even mind I had started packing myself and the house was in disarray. He provided me a fair estimate and he was HIRED!! The crew came out on a Sunday to pack up all the contents of my house and treated my things with great care. The only thing that broke was what I packed and moved myself LOL. The next day they returned to load the truck and move my things to West Ashley. I think I had more things than we originally thought! It was a long day but the crew remained professional and attentive. On the distant end they unloaded my things and carefully put the boxes in the proper rooms. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Caleb even offered to come back and pick up the moving boxes. How awesome is THAT!

Caleb was very courteous and professional. When he did the estimate, he didn't mind our dogs so we were sold. He did all of the packing himself (after we had done what we could prior to move week) and he worked very hard and fast. The move went very smooth. They accommodated all of our special requests, including moving all of our garage stuff first because the new owners wanted to start moving in the same day we were moving out. They never complained and were appreciative of the meals we provided since they were working so hard in the heat- it didn't cool down until the day after our move. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Quick estimate, quick response, sent three people, unloaded our POD in no time. (I don't remember how much we spent exactly, but rates beat out the competition)

I found Ready Set Move on Angie's list and tried them out for my move to VA. They are extremely professional and prompt. They provided a free detailed estimate for my move and revised it many times for me as I changed my plans. They delivered all necessary packing supplies to my house well in advance of my move date and emailed packing tips as I got closer to moving. Also, they estimated the amount of boxes, packing tape, and other supplies I'd need based on the size of my apartment and their estimate was spot-on. I was not able to be present the day they packed up my apartment and they independently did it all without needing assistance. I did see when they arrived to my destination that they had carefully wrapped all large furniture, frames, etc. They arrived exactly at the time they planned and were extremely efficient in unloading my belongings. I highly recommend them to anyone and just hope their company continues to grow as I'm sure their business will!

We won this service at a charity silent auction. It was an offer of 2 movers and a truck for 4 hours--a service valued at $300+. Imagine our delight when we won it for $150. We expected to be treated in an off-hand way since Ready Set wasn't going to make any money from the transaction. We were delighted with their response from beginning to end. Professional, personable, and responsive. We wish our "big" moving company that handled moving our belongings from out of state to SC had been half as capable.
