+ -1 moreWe called Scott (after hours) and explained our situation. A technician came the following day and diagnosed an issue with the relay in the gas valve. The part was ordered with next-day delivery. The technician returned the next day and installed it. The technician was professional and the service level provided was excellent. This particular experience is in line with all of our interactions with Precision Air Systems.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and resolved a problem with the gas regulator.

+ -1 moreOur house original heat pump, 17 years old, failed to issue cold air unless constantly reset. We called this company and Scott was here within a couple of hours. Seeing that the previous owner had done patchwork repairs to the system so it would work for a while, Scott replaced the condensor and fan motor on our old unit at a reasonable price. The unit has worked all summer. It will probably need a complete replacement in 2013 and I would definately consider this company to do the job based upon responsiveness, responsible work and professionalism.
Description of Work: Repaired 17 year old heat pump which was not cooling home.
