+ 0 moreThe quote that the guy came out gave me was too expensive. He was prompt. He came out and he was here when he said that he was going to be here. He walked around and looked at everything. He explained to me all that he would have to do. I think that he was worth the time but the price was just way more than what I was willing to spend.

+ -1 moreNice, friendly phone calls. On time. Crew kept my rugs and floors clean. Completed the job in a short time.
Description of Work: Excellent customer service; prompt, cleaned windows + screens, in and out. Did a "sparkling" job! Only complaint is that some dirt was not cleaned away, on some of the window sills (between the glass and screen) . Overall, excellent job. Definitely will have Rodney's crew back.

+ 0 moreIt always goes really well. Jeff fits us in even when we don't give him a huge time frame of availability. When he is done things are always left sparkling and looking great. We have a 3300 sq ft home and he charges us $300 to wash both the insides, outsides, AND sills of the windows (we have A LOT of large windows!) which was the cheapest quote by far that we received. To power wash our front porch, back deck, and screened in porce he charges us around $150. He even hoses off our outdoor table/chairs! Furniture is always moved when he power washes so that there's a thurough clean. He's basically a one-man show, but I appreciate his work ethic and willingness to fit us in even when we don't give him much notice!
Description of Work: We use Jeff for our window cleaning and our power washing. Twice a year he comes out (usually around Christmas and then again after the pollen spray in the Spring) and does the power washing for our home and once a year we get our windows done.
