They came in in a timely manner and completed the project in about three days. The workmanship was great although they did some minor scuff up on the floor moulding in the dining room. No biggie. I used these guys on a recommendation of State Farm Insurance Co.

Unfortunately, the flooring installation took just about the whole summer to complete. Here's a summary of the problems and delays: 1)The wrong flooring was ordered. This wasn't the company's fault, the manufacturer apparently mislabeled the samples in the store. We received a $100 off coupon for our inconvenience and a 10 day delay in our installation. Meanwhile, we lived in a house with all the bathroom and hallway closets emptied into the dining room. 2)Finally, the flooring was installed. Problem! The floor had a couple large bubbles under it, not to mention a piece of scrap under it. Ugh. We also noticed a defect in the flooring. A supervisor came out and took pictures of it to file a claim with the manufacturer. It took 8 weeks, though we were told it'd take 5 weeks. We had to call repeatedly to make sure they hadn't forgotten about us. When the claim finally was approved, new flooring was ordered for the kitchen. 3)We had lots of questions about the re-installation of the flooring, but we couldn't get the simplest of answers to simple questions out of the sales staff. Very frustrating. 4)When original (new) flooring was installed, installers bent up transitions to carpeting without replacing them, then tried to bend them back. Of course, they popped up and became a nuisance. We agreed that when the flooring was re-installed, the transitions would be replaced too. 5)New flooring was re-installed but transitions were not. Had to call them back. 6)The seam in the kitchen came up 3 days after the re-installation. Had to call them back, but my phone calls were not returned. Seam doesn't match up nearly as well as the first installation and I strongly suspect the seam will come up again since it's bulging already and they just did it 2 days ago! Installers were the most Unprofessional people I've ever met. They used our tools and buckets in the garage without asking and left them dirty with skimcrete (a light-weight concrete mix) in them. We had to pick up their cigarette butts and trash from our driveway. They also left the flooring adhesive stuck to every door they touched and along many of the baseboards. I spent an hour scrubbing it off with mineral spirits per their suggestion. (Thanks for the tip, guys :P ) They also tracked flooring adhesive through our carpet. We'll never get the stains out. Overall, the installers' poor quality of workmanship and lack of professionalism was the most disappointing part of the experience. The rest of it I can blame on bad luck. Finally, after 3 months of this, I hope they never come back. Months after installation, we have large air bubbles trapped under our new flooring.

Their prices are compatible to others. They are very helpful with selection of the product and coordinating it with other things in the home. They are very accommodating with our schedule as well. We are even using them again for flooring upstairs. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Wonderful customer service and a quick, professional installation. We had a very nice experience with the entire transaction. This was the 2nd company we got a quote from and we ended up getting better quality carpet, much better customer service, and quick, professional installation for $100 less than the first company's quote. Also, the first company quoted a higher number of square feet of carpet needed after coming to the house to measure.
