Very professional and punctual. Chris is a fantastic electrician and I would highly recommend his service. He has solved issues others could not.

He has always done great work for me. But lately he has been so rude on the phone to me and constantly tells me to email him with requests. I could never even locate his email so I decided to go with someone else.

Had the owner sent som other employee, the results may have been better. I feel like as a female, I was definitely taken advantage of.

They were very nice, very efficient. Cleaned up everything after themselves. We will recommend him to anyone and will sue him in the future.

We were having some a/c issues and the a/c company that we originally engaged thought that we might have an electrical issue to our a/c unit. I called Chris and he was onsite the same day. Chris was able to quickly determine that we didn't have any electrical issues much less to our a/c unit. He even pointed out that we have some wires that needed to be properly installed coming into the service connect. He recommended that we call SCG&E right away. I called SCG&E the next day and they came out to fix the problem. I would definitely use Chris again in the future.

I placed a call to the number listed in Angie's list. Chris, the owner, responded within a few minutes. He was helpful, professional and quick. His workmanship is impeccable. We plan to use him again very soon to add additional flood lighting in our great room and office wall display. When he needed a part that he didn't have with him on the Friday that he was here, he came over on Saturday and finished the job. The guy is as good as it gets - he's personable, helpful, quick, has good ideas and he's very proficient.

My new puppy chewed through several thick cable wires to a Migun Massage Bed from Korea. As the two cables were completely apart, the bed was inoperable. I called Chris and tried to describe my dilemma. I was concerned that since this was wired in Korea the cable might not be able to be matched. He explained the automatic house call charge that I would incur but seeing no other way to get this fixed I agreed. Chris and I had a few miscommunications back and forth, but when we finally got on the same page, he came out and within 20 minutes was able to fix both cables. He took the time to put extra tape on it to secure it and tested the operation of the Migun before leaving. Chris was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain how he was able to repair the wires within the cables. Very good electrician. I will use his company again.

Chris Leto was responsive and professional and provided great value for his work. . He promptly returned my call, indicated when he would be able to come, look at the job, and give an estimate. He came at the apponted time and because he has a fully equipped service truck (as opposed to a pick-up with a sign taped to the side) he was able to put up a scaffold with his assistant, assemble the fan and extension rods and wire the fan and be done in two hours, including cleaning the unavoidable fingerprints off the fan! Really quite exceptional, in my experience. I plan to have him do exterior security lights on my home soon and can recommend him to you without reservation.

Arcing and smoke from behind our home's power panel's main breaker, plus loss of power on some circuits indicated a failing main or main to bus bar connection. A call to Chris confirmed my suspicion that the 30+ year old panel would probably have to be replaced. He and his assistant were on the job early next day and replaced the panel, main and most of the secondary breakers. The bus bar behind the main was partly melted from arcing and the main dysfunctional. The job took about four hours and total cost was $950. My impression is that Mt Pleasant Electric is competent, honest, easy to work with, and does work for a fair price. I would work with them again and recommend them to my friends.

Chris & his partner arrived on time. We went over what was to be done and they went to work. Completed the job sooned than expected.

Excellent experience. Easy to work with; does an excellent job. Does not stop until the job is perfect. Willing to do other things outside lighting and will uncover every detail to get something done. As an example, he helped me with my gas lanterns. He called the manufacturer and took the lead to get them fixed. He's great.

Prompt estimate and work. Good at his job. Neat worker. Personable.
