Majestic Cleaning Services

A big crew came. I gave a list of items to be cleaned. I left them to do their work and got a call to come lock up when they were finished. When I returned, I could not tell that much if anything had been done. The stove was as I had left it. Dead bugs were in spaces around the doors, the frig was not cleaned inside or out. The upstairs bath still had cobwebs in the shower, the tub was caked with filth and grime. The ceiling fans had been wiped The carpets had been vaccumed. A supervisor, Jefferson, inspected the work and took pictures of obvious shortfalls. He cleaned the tub on the spot. Another supervisor, Jennifer, called to see if anything could be done. I was not happy. Many cleaners came the next day to clean the townhome. It was better but still not clean. I had to us a magic sponge to clean the shower stall.

They clean the whole house. They change linen, deep clean floors and baseboard. It is general house keeping. They are excellent, well managed, punctual, thorough and thoughtful which is very important. I think I pay approximately $135. I would use them again in the future.
