Lowcountry mulch had just what I needed - home delivery of a large quantity of mulch. I had measured my beds that currently had pine straw, calculated my square footage and used their online tools to determine I needed 12 yards of mulch. On their site I found a coupon for $2 off per yard. Ordered everything online, they called almost right away to schedule delivery. Arrived at the agreed upon time and dropped it off where I asked them to. Price was better than any other I could find. A local Summerville company had mulch for $42 per yard plus a $40 delivery fee, I purchased mine for $32/yard and a $50 delivery fee. All in all I was extremely satisfied and will use them to refresh my mulch going forward.

I called to order mulch for my front yard and left a message as to what I needed and my contact information. I got a call back within 15 minutes and a date and time was set up for delivery. We have used Lowcountry Mulch for many years and have always been very satisfied with the communication, delivery and product. It had been a couple of years since our last order but they had a record of how much was ordered and when it was ordered. This was very helpful to me as my husband had just passed away and had always been the one to order and know how much to order. Very professional and very personable.

I have several different yard projects going on and therefore am looking for many things (sand, topsoil, compost, and stones). First I checked out their website and found it to be pretty good. It shows everything that they have available. Then I gave a call to ask questions about price, delivery, products, etc. I found my phone call to be very helpful and the guy on the phone was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had with recommendations. He even suggested that I go and see a different company for stones that sounded like they would be what I was looking for because after explaining what I was going to use them for, he said he wasn't comfortable selling me what he had for that purpose. Following that call, and several calls to other businesses I decided that I'd go with them. They are not far from my home so I decided that I'd take a trip over there to see the quality of their topsoil, compost, and other products before I made the purchase and had them show up at my house with the delivery. Once again their staff was extremely helpful and even helped steer me to their soil conditioner for my purposes. I then had then deliver 6 yards. They delivered at least 6 yards, early during the 2-hour time window that they provided, and they went out of their way to work with me and dump the conditioner in my yard where he had to navigate trees and tree branches in order to make it all happen. I was very pleased and will definitely return for future business. I have an order of mulch that will be following up as soon as I get my garden beds ready.

I was pleased with the service and quality of the top soil delivered. The price may have been a tiny bit high but to have it delivered perfectly was worth it.
