Great experience from start to finish with Lowcountry Hurricane Protection and Shutters. Janna handles the quoting aspect with thorough knowledge of the industry offering options to meet the customer’s needs. She is responsive in her followup and pleasant to interact with. Zac handled measurements without a hitch. The installation team of Will and Mike managed the set up and install with efficiency and competence. They were respectful of the property and careful at every turn. The shutters and hurricane protection products are custom made and of the highest quality. Our house looks great with the addition of the shutters and we now have peace of mind that our house is protected against any upcoming storms. We can’t imagine a more capable or professional company to work with when it comes to storm protection.

I was extremely impressed with Chuck and the team that installed the hurricane shutters. I had some accordion shutters installed and some with Lexan (clear). I have not had to use them yet (and hoping I do not) but I am ready. The process was easy and Chuck was responsive to all my questions including follow up with regard to insurance and tax rebates.

It was excellent, they were on time, professional and did a great job. They also did a follow up if I have any issues with their work.

The shutters were manufactured to our windows' specifications and were installed competently by a crew of two friendly, knowledgeable persons.

We contacted Low Country and they scheduled an appointment; showed up on time. Said it would take two to four weeks for the shutters to be made. Called when ready scheduled time for installation, came and installed in a timely fashion. Looks great!

They were outstanding. They were very neat and very thorough. I couldn't ask for a better job. They're very professional and very prompt. They did what they said they're going to do. The guy that was selling it is just outstanding, thorough and always get back to his customers on time.
