+ 4 moreJonathan came to our house at agree time to give us an estimate. We had a leak and assumed it was from the shower but were not sure. Jonathan was very patient, professional and competent. He gave us an estimate for regrouting the showers and we agreed on a time to begin the work. He was here at promised time and regrouted both bathrooms. He also gave me a lot of very creative advice and we decided to replace one of the bathroom floors, add a tile window frame and tint the glass, and replace both commodes. He was very patient and kind about the additional work we requested and did a wonderful job. Everything he did looks beautiful! He also found and fixed a wooden brace in the attic that would have been a big problem later if he had not seen it and fixed it for us.

Description of Work: Jonathan got my townhome in showroom condition in preparation of renting it out. This included removing debris, landscaping, cleaning, painting (through out the house including trim) and some repairs. Jonathan also made suggestions that added a 'wow' factor to the property.

+ -1 moreJonathan provided a free estimate to us after viewing the bathrooms. He was very flexible with the timing of the job as we were having the interior of the home painted and needed to time each job accordingly. Both Brian and Jonathan were very sensitive to accomplishing the job with minimal mess and noise (I have a home office). The thing I appreciate most was their communication - they were always timely with phone calls and emails and were honest if they were running late. They are also very sincere and genuine people: hard working, personable, and really concerned about doing a great job and making sure the customer is happy. They finished the job in approximately 4 days and I'm delighted and proud to now show my home with what looks like brand new bathrooms!
Description of Work: We have a 35 year old ranch-style home with 2 full baths that were in desperate need of a tile restoration. Both bathrooms have white ceramic tile on the floors and walls (and shower in one bathroom). The original tile work was questionable with clumsy caulking and sealing and therefore through the years mold and mildew grew underneath making it impossible for me to get it clean. We were getting ready to stage our house for sale and knew we could not list the house before making repairs on the bathrooms, but we did not have the funds to completely renovate. My husband and I are astounded how incredible our bathrooms look after Jonathan and Brian of Lowcountry Home Renewal finished them. It is as if they are brand new. It is such a fascinating process: the tiles remain intact while the old grouting and caulking (and thus the icky mold/mildew) is removed. Then new grouting and sealant is applied - it looks fantastic! If I had known about this type of service I would have done it years ago so I could have enjoyed my own bathrooms more.
