Team was very polite, considerate, very patient with the extra difficulties inherent with an old, rundown house, The team creatively dealt with the logistical problems of the location : a one-lane alley near the College of Charleston with non-existent parking. They were more that willing to do what was needed to accommodate the imminent arrival of the garbage truck. They were very organized, prepared and quite efficient . They finished in less than an hour.

I hired The Go To Crew of Charleston to replace troublesome exterior landscaping lighting on my mother's home. We had a very dissatisfying experience with the lighting installed by a landscape company several years ago and found The Go To Crew on Angie's List. After a consultation visit by Nate of the company, we decided to spend the scarce funds to have the lights replaced with LED fixtures. Nate ensured that the job was completed on the date promised and went beyond expectations to have the job completed with what looks like to me perfection! He even made a return trip to the house at my mother's request to adjust the lighting timer although I asked my mom not to bother him with it because I was sure that I could make the timer adjustment. Nate honored her request without hesitation, complaint or charging her anything for the return visit. Based on my experience with The Go To Crew of Charleston, I would hire them again without question and would recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide. I would rate them as exceptional.

Nate was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! First off, I requested a call via Angie's List and he called me IMMEDIATELY!! We scheduled the appointment for June 30, 2015 between 1:00 and 1:30. My husband was waiting for them and had to leave before they got there. I was at work and didn't know that we missed them. They went ahead and cleaned the outside of all of my windows and then left me a voice mail. I got off of work at 6:15 and got the voice mail. I immediately called Nate and he was SO APOLOGETIC and even offered to finish the cleaning that night, for free. I said that is not necessary and we scheduled for Thursday, July 2. They were right on time, Nate and 2 crew members, very professional, very clean cut, and very polite. Nate again offered to do whatever we wanted to make things right for the missed appointment. We paid them the quoted price, they checked the gutters for free. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GO TO CREW!! We have lived here since January 2013 and his company is by far the most professional company that we have used since we moved here!!

Came on time on the day of service. Quoted me extra for power washing a shed and a back porch saying they were not included in the deal. I called their answering service and explained that my house was small and one story and I thought the additional are to clean was no more than most houses themselves would be. Very pleasant young man agreed to do all for the original price quoted. Work was very satisfactory.

Fantastic! The process began when a gentleman came out to my home to identify what we wanted and help my wife and I put together a plan. We went so far as to walk down to other homes in our neighborhood to get ideas. The installation process was just smooth. They were in and out in a couple of hours, and the results are amazing! It has been a few months since the installation and we have had zero problems. My initial reasoning for this lighting was for safety reasons (our pathways were previously unlit and easy to trip on when we had guests come at night) I am even more pleased by the difference in how our home looks at night with the new lighting. I highly recommend this team and hope that I get a chance to use their services again!

Excellent. Extremely efficient and a job well done. I was unable to be home on the day of service. They came and cleaned all the gutters and debris. Only evidence that they had even been there was the extremely clean gutters. They were really full and backed up. Will definitely use again for regular gutter maintenance. Gutter Cleaning by the Go To Crew was great ! I used an online Angie's List special coupon, and I received a call the same day from the Go To Crew, The owner arrived on the scheduled date and time. His crew arrived and they were incredibly professional, efficient, and did a terrific job. I will absolutely call on them again in the future for both gutter clean and to try them for power washing my home.

Service was excellent Nate came over the day after I called and we discussed the effort. I had the estimate within a work day. Nate worked with me when I had to reschedule the service to allow the painters to get the exterior of the sunroom done. Nate and Mark showed up on time cleaned the windows, even helped us get large vases down from over the front door and replaced them after we washed them and made sure we were happy with the service. Excellent job will use them again.
