+ -1 moreThis company bailed us out about 9 months ago when our previous company (Culligan) left us without water for three weeks. When we called H M Northcutt, Mike came out the next day and had our water running again in a couple of hours. Since then they have upgraded our system so that the water is the best we have ever had. Friday, I discovered that one of the holding tanks had ruptured and no RO water was being produced. Even though we had enough stored water for a couple of days, Mike came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts for repair. We also have a completely separate system of shallow wells for irrigation and keeping the fish pond full. After Mike left I discovered that the shallow well pump was not working. So the new sod we laid down was in jeopardy and the fish were not too happy. Mike came out Saturday morning (on his day off!!) and fixed the problem. These guys are top-notch!
